Before you proceed, please note that you will be required to submit an electronic copy of one of the following documents to verify the child’s low-income status:

The document must include the child’s name and eligibility dates. The eligibility or issued date on the submitted document must fall within:
1) the last 12 months, OR
2) a future expiration date that aligns with the scholarship period.
Note: All applications submitted without up-to-date documentation will automatically be declined. We encourage you to re-apply when you can provide current documentation.
