This free two-day cheer clinic by Childs Play Foundation in partnership with UPREP Schools and Sound Mind Sound Body, we're bringing you the most dynamic cheer camp in Metro Detroit. The clinic is for cheerleaders of all skill levels ages 7 -14.

When?

August 3rd, 10:30 am - 3:30 pm
Registration 9:30 am - 10:30 am
August 4th, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

The camp will be led by current coaches from some of the top organizations known for championships in the city including Uprep Schools, West Side Cubs, Cass Tech HS, and more. If you're looking for an organized camp, structured camp, and a camp that guarantees additional knowledge that will enhance cheer skills for upcoming showcases as well as the season, look no further. Your cheerleader will have a licensed therapist to ask detailed questions on mental health and will leave with confidence, personal skills, resources, and wisdom to go forward from youth to adult, assuring their personal development is achieved mentally and physically.

Day One:

Cheerleaders will not only have extensive cheer sessions that teach proper stretching, core control, jumps, stunts, and flips, but they'll also be educated on the aspects of having a healthy mind and body by speaking with a licensed therapist.
Campers will be educated in a classroom setting on the pathway to a healthy body from now into adulthood.

Day Two:

Cheerleaders will showcase their knowledge and skills learned, to parents, family, and friends.
There will be scholarships and prizes given and a mini cheer competition.

All cheerleaders will be provided with free shirts, food, hydration, and writing material to take notes with.

PLEASE BRING CHEER SHOES OR GYM SHOES.
